Biking 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 mi (6:00 / mi)
shoes: Nort face

Drumlin trail, forgot the watch, so time is quite approximated. Snakes and doggie poops on the trail. Sunny and verry pleasant for biking!

Running 1:02:20 [3] 6.0 mi (10:23 / mi)
shoes: BROOKS Radius

Drumlin trail, paved, 3 miles west and back. I tried to minimize the time spent to investigate dead snakes and toads that Dave found along the way. The most perfect weather for running (cool and misty). And this counts as my weekly LONG run, there!

And, yes, I was quite stiff on Thursday

Stretch/Strength 15:00 [1]

stretch, some abs and back strengthning

Biking 30:00 [1] 10.81 km (2:47 / km)
shoes: BROOKS Radius

stationary bike at the Y. boring as ever. how does one get excited about training on a statinaty bike??!!

10 [2]
shoes: BROOKS Radius

Note

So I have like 2 little muscle fibers in my upper body. And I see this class at Y, just the right thing for me: BODY PUMP. So I get pumped up about it, get to the Y, again all pumped, and ...class was full! Apparently this class is as hot as a U2 concert, as it was full one day after enrollment! And that was my body pump attempt...
