it was beautiful, till her knees started to hurt her and... then my arch. i think it's got to do w/ the sand. I';d still want to do it again.

note; super sore muscles after monday, but didn't bother too much during the run.

Today I finally felt like I could handle a bit of workout, and as always don't know how to start slow. So to minimize pain tomorrow i had this accelerade drink, which gave me a tummy ache. and plan to take 2 ibu before bed.

tomorrow morning I got an US for the gall blader see if there's any intruders in there.

1/2 marathon

Realized real quick it'll not be a PR, so I ran at a comfortable pace. I did feel pretty tired around mile 9, and then last mile was the only mile I was checking my watch to see when it'll be done. Very fun and inspiring. I may have to do this again...

Last day at boot camp

We did a quick fitnes test:
1 mile = 7:17 (almost 30 secs faster)
same 100 sit ups
17 push ups + 20 girly
2:50 plank (more than a minute longer)

and then we did some more quads killer exercise... I got 2 days to recover for this 1/2 marathon.

it was fun except the bear crawl which stretched my hams strings a bit too much. unless I'm doing it wrong.
