orienteering race 2:00:00 [3] *** 16.0 km (7:30 / km) +350m 6:46 / km
slept:3.5 shoes: VJ Supra

arrived at Rochester at 3.00 am after long hours at work and straight 3 h driving. happy that i've got some sleep even minor. i split the race in 2 intensity zone since that's how i did actually run. despite lots of minor/major mistakes end up 4th just 3 min behind Eddie and Zhyk and Jon T were not far ahead.. probably all others had trouble otherwise i can't understand. blisters and cramps for half of the race .. not as bad as in Manitoba, but still hurting steady. this was a very good training for RTH ..

orienteering race 37:00 [4] *** 7.0 km (5:17 / km) +130m 4:50 / km
