Perimeter Loop in Forest Park, gorgeous spring day, lots of people. I felt my L. Achilles tendon ~ 5 min into the run, but discomfort did not go past level 1, and that was good news. R. Hamstring felt better, too, but not at desirable 95 %. Easy effort, all the way. Next run in 3-4 days. Short one too.

Roller skiing on Forest Park Drive. A little shaky in the beginning, but after first loop, got confidence and better balance on down-hills. The road surface is far from perfect, micro-vibrations are not pleasant. But over all, very pleased, it does not aggravate my two injuries.

I tested my new roller skis on track:, my balance was much better than I expected. I was tough in the beginning to get into right rhythm, I was working too hard, even took a break in the middle. Drizzling a bit - did not stop me from trying.

To Forest Park + 3 loops + back. Started fine, was able to pick up speed after initial stiffness was gone, but on the 3-rd loop I started to feel my R. Achilles tendon was in discomfort, so took it easy after that. I have a feeling there is micro tear there and now it needs to heal. No running for now, 2 weeks or so.
