To Forest Park + 4 loops + back. Legs felt mostly fresh, just enough for 4 loops at this moderate effort. Nice day for running, this time I skipped wearing extra layer. R. hamstring felt best so far, I was able to run down hills.

to Forest Park + 1.5 New perimeter loops + back. Nice and warm, lots of people in the park, on trails. I was a little overdressed, did not need second layer on top. Legs did not have much in them today, felt it on uphills.
