To Forest Park, met Valeriy, ran some with him, then did 6 x 850 up hills / 650 + back home. 3:42 - fresh legs, 3:54, 3:55, 3:54, 3:52, 3:55. Good effort, L. Hip joint is not perfect, but manageable.

hit the Victory Field track at dusk. Light bugs are out in full strength as well as fireworks. While my Polars are in service, time of intervals are guesstimate: 40-42 sec. Felt good and strong. Was home just in time for the big show.
