2 long horse loops in Forest Park, cold wind made me run faster then planned: 14:38(153), 14:29 (156). Legs felt good.

Snow and ice mostly melted in Forest Park, time for some horse trail running. 3 long loops: 15:23 (147), 15:26 (147), 15:27(148). Calves got tight on loop 2, and tighten even more after the run, despite stretching.
