2 long horse loops in Forest Park: 15:32 (147), 14:55 (152). Running felt good this morning, weather is great for a change (~74F, clear, no humidity). R knee felt just fine. Legs are not quick, ROGAINE recovery mode.

I felt hot after ~ 20 min, speed is not there, I lot of effort to accelerate. Also, first 5-10 min felt pane in R. knee. I think I need to run on trails more.
