Orienteering Intervals with Alex, Adrian and Will. No-one was clean, trying to run faster. we had 6 ~1km sections, I had energy for 4, last 2 dragging my ass.

started control pick and had energy just enough for ~ 30 min, than pick-up controls, mostly walking + jog down to parking. By the time I got to camping I was quite dehydrated and very low on energy. Z-man made food and hot tea to save me. Time to go home. Great weekend, lots of good work by Alex.
