Started the day with waxing party, Speedy's skies definitely needed that, than perimeter loop + Sisu. Not much power in upper body - expected, but good ROGAINE training. Skiing with Speedy, this one.

after short brake, went on Sisu + lakeside trails, almost bonked, last 20-25 minutes flying on fumes, but is was worth it. Nice finish to a great weekend of skiing.
