1 long loop in Lewis Morris Park. Started with Z-man, Sergey Fedorov, and Speedy. they pulled away quickly, since my legs felt stiff in the beginning, As I warmed up and pushed harder - felt goog for the heat (~90+). No mechanical problems to speak of.

Pushed hard today, it was ~78F and humid - did not effect me much. Mile splits: 6:08, 6:12, 6:47, 6:19. Club point race, all top guns present - finished 240-th.
