nice workout, nice weather, hills felt hard. We planned nice easy long run with Valeriy, but about 500 m into it Valeriy tripped over a rock and felt hard on his right wrist, big bomber. X-ray on Monday. So I vent for the hills, to get the hardest work in shortest time.
