Forest Park Drive to Golf Course overpass and back. Dark, cool, they were shooting a movie or TV show right in the middle of hte park. Hamstring is tight, ~ 80% functional :(

Ran 1 loop in Forest Park felt great, but had another cramp low in the right hamstring and cut this short. No major damage like last time, but a setback, still need to be careful
