the course was simple, so I had a clean run for a change - no errors, couple of minor hazitations for total of less then 30 sec. Z-man was 58:42

This felt good, finally R. Achilles tendon is under control. I felt it at times, but no pain, need stretching. Back pain level 1.

Achilles held up today - no pain, back pain level 1 and decreasing.

Back pain level 1, Achilles was fine in the beginning got to level 2 @ the end, nothing serious, just need more stretching for calves.

ran to Victory Field with Kseniya to administer little running test. Test included 9 loops x 400 m starting pace at 6 min/km and gradually increasing pace by 15 sec/km each loop finishing with 3:45 min/km. Kseniya did well, just as I expected, my Achilles did not do so well - got pain last two loops.
