ran a training course using the controls I set up earlier, it was more physical course than setup, I felt like i was working much harder but did not gain any speed.

first loop was extended to avoid collision with horse riders: 8:22 (2 km), 7:39, 7:32. Heat is still a factor.

After watching webcast from Men's Long in Denmark, ran 5 loops in Forest Park in 95F. 1 hour of easy running was ehough for me: 8:39, 8:31, 8:33, 8:26, 8:36.

I felt quite fresh today.
