Ran on Surebridge map with Bernard - from lake Skanatati to Boston mine and back - tons of blueberries consumed on top of Hogencamp Mountain. BBQ and swimming in warm water of the lake made a perfect day of training.

NY Mets Run to the Home Plate 5K - fun race - start at Shea Stadium Parking lot - passing US Open tennis courts around the Globe and back to finish by home plate @ Shea - hot day, but for 5K it was fine for me - started 5:47 a mile - that was way too fast. Finished 111-th ot of 2100, 16-th in my age group
