in 800 meters run from the building I live in to the park, counted 16 instances of disposable gloves on the ground next to the curb. Have to figure out method to collect this medical waist safely.This city is not going to do it..
Our mayor is too busy pointing fingers, rather than solving problems.

Looks like our governor's message got thru, no big crowds today, may be it is just much cooler day. The best part is, that parents have more time for their kids, it is very visible now in the park. Nothing like this ever seen in last 28 years that I live here.
R.Hamstring feels better today. For now, it looks like running every day a little bit, helps to loosen it up, and I do more stretching of it now.

Nice, sunny and cool, all of a sudden people remembered that we have a park in the neighborhood.
R. Hamstring is tight but it is getting better during the run, I can probably run a Green course now, hopping and favoring one leg at decent effort, but for a Red course or a goat, not yet. Having a lot of spear time shall help.

To Forest Park, Doverov's Loop, back home. NYC is in a state of lock-down, park is very crowded, nobody cares about social distancing, people are in groups, especially young ones. Total failure of parents and education system, teaching liberal values, but not self discipline and responsibilities. Massive trespassing on active railroads tracks despite newly erected no trespassing signs. New York City at its best.
Cuomo talked about it just now on TV.

WS at Ansonia - very conservative effort and run, avoiding crappy footing, hoped mostly favoring left leg. Not much damage to R. Hamstring that way and KT tape seems to help. Gaga and Andis passed me fast as expected, than Niels got by, too. HR looks like good effort at times. Small hesitations at most, at 17 I let Juriy pass me, so he navigated on his own instead of just following.
