Ran with good city map to MalaSransky park and did WPT course from 1995 on 1:5000 map. One wall was rebuild since than - from a ruined wall it became some risky x-sing (3.5 min); one gate thru city wall was closed + 2.5 min. Very steep hills. A little frost on the ground. No Ice Bugs - I was skiing downhill - very challenging running up and down with weak back.

Vitek drew small course on a map - short legs, and shadowed me on that - I loved the footing - I could read the map and move all the time - some small errors on couple of downhill legs. running down back to the car was not so good for my back - I keep stretching and taking Aleve for now, that seem to keep it under control.

To Victory Field and back - with Z-man and Ksenia -the track and field are finished, spectator stands are being worked on (it is not officially open to the public - we found a hole in a fence). They built new fitness section - it is nice but small. Nice day to run in the middle of December

Nice day @Clear Lake res. - had 1 - 1.5 min error -pulled 180 on a trail :), spiked all contols today, my back is getting better very slow, today it was not happy when I did 300 m downhill running.
