Orienteering race 57:32 [4] 6.1 km (9:26 / km) +175m 8:15 / km

So I actually did sort of well today! I slowed myself down and focused on navigating instead of running blindly and managed not to make any major errors. I lost a few seconds in a few spots particularly after messing up my bearing to 4 and had a few questionable route choices, but I was fairly clean overall. Also, I made the JWOC team which I am really happy about and really nervous about.

Orienteering race 51:52 [3] 4.3 km (12:04 / km) +80m 11:02 / km

Ran Varsity Female Middle for the JWOC trials. When I finished I thought I did terrible and while I still don't like my race it could've been a lot worse. I got too focused on running fast and too excited that I actually could run that I got way too sloppy with my navigation. I also have self-confidence problem because a lot of times I was dead on, but lost a lot of seconds (or 2 minutes on 2) doubting myself.

Stupidly messed up 10 and 12 and was a little too slow for my liking, but luckly my hip/knee felt fine racing. Warmup was a little sketchy and it hurts now, but I don't think it will affect me tomorrow.

After those 200m's yesterday, I've been having trouble running normally and not collapsing on one side or the other

5 200m, jogging in between, going for 42 sec and making around there
So this hurt my knee which was annoying

I was dead after the 200's and my knee didn't want to stride at all
