Stupidly messed up 10 and 12 and was a little too slow for my liking, but luckly my hip/knee felt fine racing. Warmup was a little sketchy and it hurts now, but I don't think it will affect me tomorrow.

After those 200m's yesterday, I've been having trouble running normally and not collapsing on one side or the other

5 200m, jogging in between, going for 42 sec and making around there
So this hurt my knee which was annoying

I was dead after the 200's and my knee didn't want to stride at all

I ran Green B and while I was accurate, I was annoyingly slow especially for the second half of the course. My knee felt great, but my hip is still bothering me. It feels a lot better than before, but still has a bit of healing to do.
