11 repeats of run 6/walk 1. Wild how 6 miles seemed insanely long just a month or two ago and now it's not even that bad - this was such a chill, decently easy run. That half marathon is seeming less scary by the week.

Got all ready for a run, and was like 5 minutes from heading out the door, when my nose decided to start bleeding aggressively. Ugh, maybe going on a run today (in the cold, dry air) is not the best idea, but we'll see how it goes.
