Really good longer recovery training. I didn't really do mistakes except I think I missed control #3... it was fun but WAY too hot :d

I designed the course myself

Orienteering 53:07 [3] 4.21 km (12:37 / km)

Cool training with Keegan at the Fells. Short intervals, both started with our own control and left a streamer there, then ran to the other person's control and took the streamer and ran to the finish.

CSU Park-O at Magazine Beach. Keegan and I were responsible for making the courses and setting out the controls. It went well and I got to run too. I ran ok.

Orienteering race 1:14:36 [4] 11.21 km (6:39 / km) +270m 5:56 / km
ahr:155

Really good long distance race. I wasn't pushing myself even nearly enough as you can see from my avg HR... I also fell and hit my knee into a rock on the 3rd leg and my knee hurt thru the whole race. I really hope it's nothing serious. I didn't do almost any mistakes, the course was really nice and I enjoyed the challenge!

I also put the course on 3DRerun, if you ran Red feel free to add your gps track there:
