Note

Spectator Soccer Sunday, played the first 5-10 minutes and felt pain in that IT band area. Then just watched the rest. We got clobbered but the real games start during playoffs.

Back on my mtb. Way heavier and the tires are fat compared to the gravel bike. At the train station I got passed by 2 guys, so I just tried to hang- pushed it quite a bit. Legs feel fine on the bike, little pain in the IT band area.

Knee is feeling alright, still achey and some of my quad muscles are pretty tight. Don't know about soccer tomorrow. Also hot out.

Muscles are tight on the right hand side and the leg feels a little off when peddling. Can see the knee cap and it's now chubby rather than fat.
