Had to scroll way down in the activity sub-type list to find orienteering. It's been a while! Rainy night but still great to get back at it. Lots of running on mostly sprint Beaverbrook map.

Shoes comfy and kept feet mostly dry.

3/4 commute. Stats exclude waiting at traffic signals.

First run-commute since the knee nightmare on Feb 26th. Now that the snow is gone and the ground soft, ran on grass wherever possible, asphalt the rest, no concrete. Arterial route allowed for ~75% grass, 25% asphalt. Was surprised at the pace but I guess all those rests waiting for traffic signals made the running parts a bit faster than my continuous slog.
