2 sets of 4x400m at 5:00/mile + 200m at 10:00/mile, 5 minute static rest between sets. Then 2 sets of 2x200m walk-to-sprints, 1:00 rest between sets.

First night that the indoor track was open since COVID. A whopping total of 2 people (of which I was one) christened the track.
