3 PM

Mountain Bike 1:00:19 [3] 7.31 mi (8:15 / mi)

Ride at Brandywine Creek State Park while trying to kill an hour before picking Noah up from Rebekah's work party. The park was way more technical than I remembered. Would be fun on other days, but I was hoping for a simple ride to test out the newly tuned bike. Too hard for that, but I enjoyed a few challenging uphills.

Run 34:26 [3] 3.68 mi (9:21 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 3 (Navy/Oran

Slow and steady run at Harmony Hill and the Nature Center. A bit banged up from playing volleyball at school yesterday (I'm old). My right glute was incredibly tight. Legs felt sluggish.

Weights/Stretching 10:00 [0]

Foam rolling of the glute.

Road Bike 2:06:01 [4] 31.13 mi (4:03 / mi)

Perfect weather for a morning ride! The route was planned around a very specific covered bridge to ride through and a gravel road to ride up. Unintentionally routed myself onto 2 other gravel roads, which was a great treat. Loved the route and enjoyed all of the ride!!

My lungs felt fine, but my legs were blasted from my run yesterday. Also had very little long-term energy on account of the pile of fried chicken that I ate last night.

Run (Trail run) 42:12 [3] 5.05 mi (8:21 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4 (blue/yellow)

Run at Myrick. Really nice weather considering the previous few days. My legs were sore, and I felt like I was pushing really hard to keep the pace that I did.
