Camp Innabah Fall Classic
Cold, wet, but no rain during the race. Raced hard with a group of people around me, chasing down one after 2 miles as I got caught by a small group, but settled in and got back ahead of them with about a mile to go. Course knowledge helped as I saved some for the final hill and put a gap into them, holding on for 3rd overall. Took a minute off of my time from the last 3 years.

Easy 6 miles on the flat loop at Cheslen. Started with the plan of holding a steady pace but then realized that I could work towards negative splits, so I upped the pace for the last two miles.

Run at Cheslen - red trail out and back. Pushed as hard as I could. Felt really good and realized that I probably had a little more to give.

Run with Evan in the stroller - first time for him. Stroller running is much harder than regular running. I wasn't a big fan of running on pavement, but for my little man I'll do it. He loved being outside.

Post-race, picking up some CPs on foot after Kevin borrowed my bike. Full on downpour at times. Includes a bushwhack that I got lucky with, as the off-trail areas at Nottingham can be horrific.
