Bedding in the new brake pads on the mountain bike around the neighborhood plus some active recovery. Legs were incredibly sore this morning.

Run at Harmony Hill, flat sections along the creek. Much cooler than recently (mid-70s) but rather hot in the few sunny sections and still quite humid. I found an extra gear in my legs and pushed hard for miles 2-5. Rather enjoyable.

Half day from work for the dentist and pouring rain, so I took my maiden voyage on our new treadmill. Trekking hills, and it thoroughly whooped my behind.
