Ride at Marsh Creek - first time in a while. Felt rather good, but I wasn't sure how it compared to my days when I rode the MTB 4+ times each week. Strava seems to think that it was a success. Warm for November, and the park was packed as a consequence. I caught my pedal on a root and went over the handlebars about an hour in - first time in ages. Nice throwback to a few years ago.

Long effort at Ridley Creek. Too much sugar over the last week, and the first 4-5 miles felt it. By the time I settled in, I was on the cusp of getting junky legs. Nowhere close to the pace that I was hoping, but the weather was delightful and I really enjoyed myself. More technical than I was expecting too, amplified by the leaves that covered all of the rocks and roots.
