Nice run at Cheslen; high 50's were perfect. Again felt like my legs were made of rotten poo to start, but I felt great after the 2nd mile and was able to push the pace rather well.

Rainy run at Okehocking Preserve. Not too big, so I wasn't concerned about getting lost; just ran trails with some (but not much) purpose. I felt much better than I expected. The heavy legs seemed to start to lighten up around mile 3.
