Run 1:06:02 [4] 7.1 mi (9:18 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (yellow)

Cold and windy run at Harmony Hill. Nothing like our nice weather over the last week. Trails were rather empty and I was feeling good, so this became a hard run that felt great!

Run (Trail Run) 1:04:57 [3] 6.58 mi (9:52 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (yellow)

Nice run at Harmony Hill - emphasized hills in the second half. Early rain and wind kept the masses home. I start off rather sluggish but really hit my stride by the end. Shame I had to stop.

Mountain Bike 1:15:33 [3] 10.99 mi (6:52 / mi)

MTB ride at Harmony Hill. Not too wet after the overnight storms, and the weather was warm but nice. Unfortunately, the bike seems to be rebelling against being ridden in its current state.

Road Bike 1:48:56 [3] 24.13 mi (4:31 / mi)

Ride from home that started off with Noah in the trailer. Despite his persistence against it, he had a wonderful time. I dropped him off at home halfway through and continued on by myself. Wonderful day out!

Hike/Trekking 1:10:09 [1] 2.0 mi (35:04 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (yellow)

Family hike at Paradise Farms. Wonderful time with an overwhelming meltdown at the end over a stick that we weren't taking home.

Run (Trail Run) 1:19:27 [4] 8.37 mi (9:30 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (yellow)

This quarantine has made me the kind of parent who returns to a hiking spot to pick up a stick to avoid the trouble at home...

A run much longer than I expected, and I ran way too fast for a few miles in the middle to prove to the guy behind me that I could run as fast as him. Not a banner day for my decision making.

Mountain Bike 1:48:40 [3] 17.14 mi (6:20 / mi)

MTB ride at Marsh Creek. Pretty busy out, but a beautiful day for riding. Felt very good, even after yesterday's blah ride.
