Two Map Score-O Choose-O at Springton Manor. The two map version of this course required that I do 1-16 of the course, then trade in maps to get 17-30. On top of that, at each control there were a series of flags, and you had to choose the correct flag to avoid losing points. To add in a tough wrinkle, some controls had only wrong flags.

My brain worked overtime on this. I completely missed a control on the first map (11), and got an additional 6 incorrect. The challenge for me was understanding the orienteering clues, which I don't fully understand. Still, a lot of fun, and nice to be back on a map. Outside of the choose-o, I did rather well. I like my order, and I only botched one control (3).

Another class at the gym. Really appreciate the structure, and being able to change the difficulty to suit my needs. I finished this in a pool of sweat.

Hard run at Stroud - a bit muddy. Pushed very hard. Felt good during, but I'm exhausted after combining these two max-effort workouts today.
