65+ in January, so a ride from home to Harmony Hill, Sawmill Rd, and back. Taking advantage of my outgoing bike tires to ride some extra miles on the mountain bike.

New gym membership came with a free class with a trainer. This was a great reminder of how important it is that I intentionally incorporate strength into my workouts this year.

Stairs at the gym, pretty good workout, especially after lifting the legs for the first time in ages.
