New gym membership came with a free class with a trainer. This was a great reminder of how important it is that I intentionally incorporate strength into my workouts this year.
New membership to LA Fitness. Trying some familiar pieces of equipment. Hoping to build some strength over the next few months and work it into a routine for the entire year.
