St. Paddys Day O at Hibernia. A little hesitant on 1, but I was happy with how I found all of them. Felt alright physically, but my lungs weren't happy later in the day. I blame that on a bad inhaler.

First MTB ride of the season, Kevin joined for the first bit but had to head out early due to the plague. Harmony Hill was in pretty good shape. I felt good throughout, even more so considering the long off season.

Run at Cheslen. Hottest day of the year so far - 67 at the start. Legs were pretty tired, but overall not too bad.

Run at Cheslen. First in a while, and it felt like it. I eventually eased into it, but still never felt better than okay. Temps in the low 50s, and I think I wore too many layers.
