shoes: New Balance Leadville 1210

Run at Harmony Hill. Carried 22 lb pack. Focused on hills, running wherever I could. Did the Humbler, followed by the side trail up towards the top of Harmony Hill on the way back down black. 1,200+ ft. This was tough, even with the cooler (but still humid) weather.

Early morning run from Craig's house in Cape. I've been missing the chances to get a real workout in after MSAR, so I went asap before the long drive home. A few stops along the way and a turn-around at the Headlight got me back just in time to start packing.

Ride around Peaks Island on a rental bike with Noah in a seat on the back. Coupled with about 1hr of walking around, this was a nice way to get slowly moving again after the MSAR.
