Stretching/abs first. Then intervals on bike (2min at 80 rpm, 1min at 100+rpm). This was a great workout, better than stepping up resistance. Need to do this again.

Stretching/light weights at PF. Shoulder is still rather sore, so very light weight on the arms. Quads are some from two successive runs, so nothing heavy on the legs.

President's Cup Score-O at Springton Manor. Upper 40's but raining. Very foggy and sloppy. Only had an issue at one control. Nice to be back out, but still very tired from a while off from cardio.
