Run at Harmony Hill. Trails were pretty soggy. That combined with my first run in more than a month made for a slow day.

Stretching, abs, legs, arms/shoulder at PF. Right shoulder was a little clicky; taking it easy on it for a few days.

First cardio effort after all-clear from doctor yesterday. Lungs were burning more than expected. Hoping getting back into cardio shape is like riding a bike...

Stretching followed by some legs and shoulders/arms at PF. Added in an additional leg exercise from Friday. No real pain at all. Doctor's visit tomorrow afternoon to hear when I can start back with cardio again.
