Stretching, abs, legs, arms/shoulders. Still rather sore from the same yesterday.

Sweaty ride on bike - absolutely destroyed me. Legs were rough from weights and yesterdays work.

Intervals on Arc after weights. Not quite hydrated enough, but still pushed hard and got pretty wiped.

Frigid ride with Kevin at White Clay and Middle Run. Even with countless layers, toes were still frozen solid. About 1hr+ in we headed back to the car and drove over to Middle Run to avoid using the culvert and getting wet. Used insulated bladder hose as well, and it did well to keep the water from freezing solid. Generally tired during the ride, and my back got a bit stiff during the second half.

Super cold run at Harmony Hill. Two pairs of tights and three shirts + a GoLite; possibly too bundled up, as I had to take off the gloves a few times...
