Ride at PF. Did some ab work as well as pull-ups beforehand. Pushed it pretty hard, felt tired afterward.

After bike; I was a bit too tired to go full bore. Still a good sweat followed by some abs.

Snowy run for the ages! About an inch fell during the run at Cheslen. Cold, sloggy moving with slipping on snow with every uphill or downhill (or sidehill) step, but a great workout.
