Bike ride at PF. Went easy; soleus still sore from yesterday. A few days off the leg might do it some good.

Cold run at Cheslen. Left soleus was super sore from the workout on Monday night, but it eased up slightly as I went.

Treadmill at PF as the middle of a mega-hour workout. Fast 5k with a few minutes of incline added in.

Bike at PF to finish off mega-hour workout. Kept it reasonable, only about 5.5-6 miles.

Chilly MTB ride at Harmony Hill, Sawmill Rd and Nature Area. Super leafy in some areas. Tried to do some exploring to find new trails, but they were tough to locate in some spots. Might be an activity better suited for spring.
