Mountain Bike 1:25:20 [3] 10.92 mi (7:49 / mi)

MTB ride with Craig at Harmony Hill and Sawmill Rd. Very chilly, and we finished just when it was getting too dark, but a load of fun. Rode for a bit on the rail trail off of the trestle bridge. Will have to go back and explore the side trails that go north from there.

Intense but quick workout on the stairs at Planet Fitness. Maximum level, alternated between taking steps one and two at a time as tolerated.

Arc at Planet Fitness after two days of rest at AMLE National Conference in Phialdephia. Slow and easy, as I wasn't feeling fantastic.

Damp and leafy MTB ride at Harmony Hill. Smooth and strong throughout, just a few slippery spots on roots/rocks/mud.

shoes: New Balance Vazee Summitt Trai

Run at Harmony Hill and Paradise Farm. Felt good considering how long it had been since I biked and ran back to back.
