Chilly fall morning ride at Harmony Hill. A bit sluggish for the first 20ish minutes as I worked the slog out of my legs from hilly runs all week. Tough to choose clothing for the ride. Went with a 1/4 zip, but it was too hot for the climbs and not enough for the descents.

Long run at Cheslen. Weather was perfect - cloudy and right around 70. Plan was to run for 1 hr, but I keep overestimating my abilities at this preserve...

Run at Stroud Preserve. Legs wers sluggish at the start, but kept a decent pace throughout. Nice to get back into daily exercise.

Quick run at Cheslen before Sixers game with DJ. Pretty windy, and a bit sluggish, but it felt rather good.

Run at Harmony Hill after work. Hilly (as usual) and cool/windy. First 2.8 miles were fast, slowed to a crawl after climbing the Potter's Field Hill.
