Early run at Harmony Hill. Morning was cool with frost on the ground, but it was nice after I warmed up. Thought about covering some more ground, but a busy NYE cut my plans short. Still, I felt surprisingly spry after a hard week.

Beautiful Harmony Hill run. A little chilly, but only felt it in the hands. Didn't really feel my best, but I pushed on as best as I could.

Drove to Valley Forge so I could explore more of the SRT. Made it to where the pavement ends and the gravel begins. Super windy, nearly knocked off the bike a few times.

Run at Harmony Hill. Raining at the start, down to a mist at the end. Rain all day meant wet sloppy trails, but nothing un-runnable. Had the entire place to myself, which was fantastic. Planned a little more than I got done; darkness showed up too quickly.

Run at Cheslen. Super soggy and wet, and I accidentally parked by the lower field. It was rather swampy, so my shoes were soaked and squishy by the time I got to the cemetery. The ground was sloppy throughout and I didn't feel that well, so I kept a slower pace. Still, felt nice to run in the 60's in December, even for only a day.

Chilly and super wet, drizzling throughout. Ran on the East Brandywine Trail. Nice and fast, felt strong. Soleus were a bit unpleasant, but we'll see how they feel in the morning.

Night-O at McKaig. Red Course. Went very smooth. A slight detour on the way to #6. I missed a trail junction on the way to #10 but was able to make up for it with very little time lost. Loads of fun, beautiful woods.

Green course after the red. I chose this course specifically because the legs were backwards to their red direction. Every leg was smooth except for a major oopsie between #13 and #14. I tried to contour around, but got shot straight north off of the hill. Probably added an extra 200m because of this.
