Stretching/light weights at PF. Shoulder is still rather sore, so very light weight on the arms. Quads are some from two successive runs, so nothing heavy on the legs.

President's Cup Score-O at Springton Manor. Upper 40's but raining. Very foggy and sloppy. Only had an issue at one control. Nice to be back out, but still very tired from a while off from cardio.

Run at Harmony Hill. Trails were pretty soggy. That combined with my first run in more than a month made for a slow day.

First cardio effort after all-clear from doctor yesterday. Lungs were burning more than expected. Hoping getting back into cardio shape is like riding a bike...

Freezing cold, snowy/wet/icy hike during Grove family weekend at Pocono Plateau. First elongated walk in a few weeks. Felt good, but incision was still sore afterwards.
