Back down Keystone Gorge. Easy with Bat Cave map (Kentucky). Need to do this more as I took a few spills reading and running in terrain. Achilles began to bother the last mile. (Despite the map.....I did not feel very "Elite". I think this theory does not hold water.)

6x3mins on valley floor. Felt great. Weather can't be beat at the moment. Supposed to be a double today, but had to buy blinds and flooring in Montrose. Looking forward to the weekend. But not the Film Festival.
This was the first time ever (since I started Orienteering in '17 or back in the '80's) I wore my watch on my left. There were no descriptions today. All the bearings on legs 400m or less were bang on. But over......? Maybe I should stick to the right?
Today...... became a rest day. The drive was way too much (via Denver IKEA). Back at it tomorrow. Looking forward to a catch up with Ryan. He ran The Telluride Mtn Run. (Basically Skyrunning up Palmyra Peak). I fancy giving the short version ago next year.
