Easy, BUT, three days off hasn't helped. Every niggle now feels double. Even calves wanted to not participate. It's funny I throw in some random weights and start back langlauf and things start playing up. After chatting to a mate in the UK I thought I'd start doing less mileage and integrating other stuff to reduce these niggles. I know its only one day, but I tried a similar approach two years ago and that resulted in my hammy problems.

Decided next focus will be Sprint San Francisco. Had nothing on the horizon and didn't fancy a road race. Got a reasonable ticket for me and the Bairns to see Aunt Debbie so it's worked out ok. Something to work at until the New Year. Also invested in a magnifier for the compass. Hopefully this fairs better than the last.

Easy on roller skis. Knee actually feels better after this. It didn't seem to be recovering at all. Hammered it down at Bear Creek which made it pretty nice out.

Much needed rest today. Lots of aches and pains to recover from. Not sure when I'm going to start back and what the next focus will be. Knee and hammy needs some TLC.
