Red course at Mendon Ponds East.

Enjoyed getting to some not-always-normal locations on this side of the park.

Got pushed off course 2-3. (sloped terrain, and thought I knew better...) Over-simplified 6-7 in the hopes of saving mind-effort, but I think the optimal route might have been quite a bit shorter. Didn't run the road to 10, but took the ridge (near control 4) all the way down.

Speed/endurance is not there, I've slacked off running lately, have to correct that.

Foot slipped out on a damp boardwalk making a turn and took a fall, nothing to speak of but decided a short run would keep me from overusing a muscle that was "ok" merely because it was supplied with adrenaline...
