Exercises (Tabata Method) 7:00 [3]

Sit-up version of the Tabata, with some walking for a few minutes to warm up.
8 reps. 8 situps in 20 seconds, 10 sec counted rest.

Not quite the full-body experience of the sprinting, but a different set of muscles work. Same feeling 6 reps in though - "2 more"...

Dance 1:00:00 [1]

Sunday Sep 25, 2011 #

Exercises 1:00:00 [2]

Some long delayed hedge trimming that looks surprisingly like weight lifting:
- the clean and jerk trim from the ground to the top of the bush
- the "up high" trim of the top of the bushes
- the chest press across the side of the bush

Still more to come though...
