PT 1:30:00 [5] 1.0 mi (1:30:01 / mi)

Did an hour and a half of PT during my NJROTC block today. It was a merciless combination of core, upper body, and leg calisthenics. Then went for a short jog.

Orienteering race 18:39 [5] ** 2.7 mi (6:54 / mi) +100m 6:12 / mi

Ran my first "memory-O". Very happy with my performance.

Orienteering race 46:05 [5] *** 5.7 km (8:05 / km) +345m 6:12 / km

Killer elevation change on this course. Didn't make any major navigational mistakes, but between sprinting the memory-O and the elevation of this course I was extremely exhausted.
