I ran 7 miles and thought about 9 min pace. Probably slower. Distracted this week, so everything is off.

I'm trying to learn to run Orange at what I consider to be at a good running speed for me and not get too lost. I'm not sure if it's better to do that or just go to the advanced courses.

I ran this more aggressively and continuously than I have in the past coming closer to what I think is my fitness level, but I screwed up and turned 180 on #13 and it took me a long time to figure it out. It was all around buildings and everything, it should have been very simple. I chalk it up to getting tired and foggy brained - and a little too eager to finish. Sometimes you get that - thank god I'm almost finished feeling - and then the brain doesn't pay attention as well.

It was a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful day to be out. Thankful to run through some woods.
